The more I think about this, the more I think it is impossible to answer this question, there are just too many variables! However, any advice would be welcome.

I made some green butter this week. 1/2 ounce of ground leaves (and a few little buds) from my harvest, in 1/2 pound of butter. I then made chocolate truffles, using 6 tablespoons of the butter.

The way I figure it, 2 truffles equals approximately 1 teaspoon of green butter.

I'm going to try them myself in a few days, but before I do, I want to give some away as gifts. I don't want to accidentally devastate anyone, but I'm not sure how potent they are! I'm thinking that 2 truffles/1 teaspoon is probably a mild to medium dose?

Any experienced bakers/consumers out there who could comment?
