I thought I might throw a post in here to get things started. I suffer from environmental allergies which, when they are severe (spring fall) can lead to asthma like symptoms. I used to be on an injection regimen, and quit it about thirteen years ago. Here are some of the things that I have found have helped.

I take a tablespoon a day of non pasteurized honey from a local honey farm. Getting the honey locally and unpasteurized is very important. The honey is made from all of your local pollen, so helps your body build up a natural immunity to it.

A strong cup of coffee is always good if you're having an attack.

Finally an interesting fact that many here may not know, or maybe everyone knows is that marijuana is one of the best known overal bronchial dilators... Having an asthma attack? Pack the bong!!!

Hope someone finds this info useful.
