Ok, this is only my 2nd grow, but the first went quite well, so I thought I would document this one a little closer.

First up are pics of "the rig".
This is true aeroponics, in that the pressures run between 60-80psi and the mist is <50microns, droplet size.

*Technically* I am running a combination of true aero and SWC, since my tub doubles as a resevoir. I only use about 3 gallons of nutes, so there is only about 1.5" of nutes in the bottom of the tub.

There are 2, 12" long air wands in the tub, along with some bio-balls to support the beneficial bacteria (Piranah, Tarantula), 13 misters and the return line from the chiller unit.

The tub itself is a 37 gallon Rubbermaid. I have 6 plant sites in the lid, although I can really only use 5 as I run the pH and TDS meter leads in through the 6th site.

All the plumbing is done using 1/2" PVC and 5/8" flexible tubing. The misters are from "Dripworks" and I just drilled and tapped the PVC to screw the misters in.
      The pump is from Aquetec.
The chiller is 1/10HP Aquarium chiller (not pictured)
