Jammy's Quick Wash Oil

Ok first off this is not my technique it's just the name for the thread, I got the process from another site.
I started this on Sunday afternoon, with no idea how it was going to turn out, aslong as I don't burn the house down that'll be a good start lol.
I've got bubble bags, they're pretty cool and I've made honey oil a couple of times, never doing that again, narrowly missed a trip to A&E lol, so quick wash was the only other technique I haven't tried.
So with trim, pyrex dish and coffee filters all I needed was the alcohol, and just when everything looked bleek.... Pistils to the rescue with a big ass bottle of Ethanol!!!!

The resulting liquid, looking kinda green but not for long.


I had been placing pans of boiling water underneath the dish, but when I saw it change colour I panicked and let it evaporate naturally.


And this is from today, still a bit left to evaporate but this is what was lying just beneath the surface. If anyone knows if I've messed this up please let me know.


So far so good.... I think. It smells like Hash and tequila at the moment, nice but I have to remind myself it'll probably kill me if I drink it, tempting though lol. It looks like bubble bag hash mixed with honey oil, almost like different grades in the dish
I figure it should be done by the weekend, I'll let it sit for an extra day before I try it just to make sure any nasties left over are gone.
