Phototoxicity & root rot, got any? LOL

I am thinking the "burn" and spots affecting EVEN plants in my veg room is a result of phototoxicity IE the nute levels are fine initially then as the plants lose moisture from transpiration and evaporation the doses becom toxic, in some cases fatal... Anyone else experiencing greater than usual heat problems? Non stop 90's and 100's here.... Ahhhhh. I also am in the process of hooking up air cooled hoods (which I already hate due to the small footprint.) I WAS an old school parabolic user (I loved em') now the footprint is so tight it will affect my placement and numbers of plants...Damn... It's one thing after another.
