Has anyboady heard of, or used this light(F15T8/cw), its from lights of america? The box said it was 60 watts, but I saw on their sight that it's actually only 15 watts, but is the equivalent
of a 60 watt incadescant light. Do you think it(alone) would be alright to use for the first couple weeks before they are transplanted outdoors? If not any cheap and easy to install suggestions? Any input is appreciated.
