Lights, electricity, and air in a small cab?

Hey BBayers...need some expert advise on cab design...heres what we got...

Hate the current cab so I bought a
32 7/8 H x 19 1/2 D x 31 3/8 W wood cabinet....came with locks...I added some reflective material, light proofed/sealed the entire cab...now I am getting stumped....

3 Questions

How do I configure/arrange & mount the lights in the pic below, in the cab (pic as well)...for optimal light penetration at all stages....and...should I add another 125w CFL (the long 13-14" mamajama)?

How do I get the wires outside the cab w/o light leaks (entire cab is 3/4 ply except for the back which is corrugated)?

Proper positioning & equipment needed for airflow and temp/odor control...stealth is priority numero uno around these parts!

Funds are limited, but I can invest some if need be....help me out fam...what should a fella do?
