?? about window unit placement

Hi. I got a window unit and need to place it in my room. It can be mounted through wall as well. This is how I will do it. I just don't know where to place it for best efficiency and only want to cut one 16x10 hole in my room, LOL.

Here's a mock up of the room.

The small area to the right is where I flower. The large area has a 40x40 tent for vegging. I also work and store nutes and supplies here. The 4 blue areas are my only places to put the A/C. Wires make it difficult in the

spot labeled 2. Spot 3 need to be located midway on the wall due to my garage door hardware on the other side of that wall so it may blow frigid air directly on buds so it is less prefered IMO. The red rectangles represent holes for attic access.

This leaves 1 and 4 as the easiest options. But this also encloses the A/C in a nook which could limit it's efficiency.I will be adding a strong attic fan to draw air from the garage and out my attic. This will provide fresh ambient temperature air for the A/C's hot side to work in.

2 and 3 won't have issues in this regard as they are located under the attic access I will draw the air from so the heat will go right up into this area.

The wall with no blue rectangle has too many wires to work around.
