Default Looking for pointers.

Ok, I am having a problem and I would like pointers from one of the more experienced growers on the board.

This is what I want to have as the outcome (Photo by SubCool)

This is what I have currently

I am trying to determine what steps I need to take to improve the product. I have had a few friends rate it and they give it high marks on everything accept the looks.

I currently am leaning to the fact that the room was around 95F. For this issue I am adding another 1.5 tons of A/C to the room.

Is there anything else I can do to improve the look of the finished bud?

Let me add that the stuff looked great on the plant, nice and thick. It then evaporated when I was drying it.
