All Member Notice! Has My Payment Arrived?? How to check yourself

Hi all,

I have created this quick guide to help you check the status of your auction wins without needing to contact admin with " has my payment arrived" questions, as most of our time is taken up answering these type of requests.

Every member has access to system to enable you to check if we have received your payment and your goods have been detached, by simply logging into your account.

AUCTION PAYMENT STATUS CHECK

First.. Log into the auction

You will then see the screen as pictured below..


Click on the Bidding Button...

You will then see the screen as pictured below...



Here are your items won, to see their status click the ' Won Item(s) Details' Link

You will then see the screen as pictured below..



Here are the items you have won and their current status, all the items are paid for in this example but if they were unpaid it will say so in red which basiclaly means we haven't received payment for this item yet. Log in each day until you see the status change to PAID. then depending how long it took for your payment to reach us, will be approximately the same time you will need to wait before expecting it to be delivered to your address.

Please follow these steps before you query your account... some payments are taking upto 14 days to reach us and the same time for your items to be delievered to you, so please do not contact admin before 30 days after sending your payment..
